Very Stressed - loosing my hair

My hair has started to fall out and in places im actually bold, im only 18 i dont understand why this is happening, its so embarrasing i have no way of hiding it because my one side is shaved and its gona bold there and by my neck, i havent died my hair in 7 months so its not hair die!!! its got to be stress when i first got my illness i did loose alot of my hair! huge patches and it never grew for months!!! and its back and i think its the stress of working here! i hate it grrrrr
