The first year was great i learned loads and was having the time of my life then once the second year started i was given these things called P.d.i's
p.d.i - pre delivery inspection
which means you check the car thou rally ready for the new customers except ive been doing them every single day as well as cleaning for the last year. so i havent learned a thing.
i have spoke to my boss even cried in his office and they wont let me learn there just using me as cheap labour and they no it. ive asked and asked and begged but the only way i can learn is by doing it in my own time like working over morning night and weekends and to be honest its killing me !
i have to do jobs that collage tell me to as i gi to collage now and again and im so behind because theres not enough time to get it all done so i failed !!!! i am screwing and will have to go through the legal way as im just being used
